Archived program

The corporate secretary is a key figure in the corporate governance framework, whose mission is to promote greater effectiveness in the governance of the company.

The corporate secretary wears several "hats" at once. At times an adviser, at times focused on ensuring the company's legal compliance, and at other times overseeing the implementation of decisions of the general meeting and the board of directors, ensuring corporate transparency, and maintaining corporate documents and providing them to those entitled to receive them.
