New MoU is signed

On November 9, 2021 the Corporate Governance Center and National Institute of Standards signed a Memorandum of Understanding, in the framework of which they plan to work together to raise public awareness on the ISO 37000:2021, Governance of Organizations standard, as well as to promote its implementation.

The ISO 37000:2021 standard was published by the International Organization for Standardization on September 14, 2021.
The Standard comprises the 11 principles of good governance, and emphasizes the need for human-based governance of organisations around the world, both in the business and public sectors, through the definition of organizational goals and values, value creation for companies and their stakeholders, performance assessment, promoting transparency and accountability, ensuring social and environmental responsibility.
