The Center conducts corporate governance assessment/analysis using the methodology of International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group. It gives an opportunity to evaluate and analyse all components of company’s corporate governance practice, to have an overview of current state of the company’s corporate governance system and based on it define the main directions of the company’s corporate governance system reformation, being guided by international corporate governance principles and best practice.
