On November 28-29, the RA Ministry of Economy, the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), and the Corporate Governance Center invited companies listed on the Armenia Stock Exchange to engage in a dialogue on corporate reporting as part of the implementation of Armenia’s new Corporate Governance Code. Representatives of the Stock Exchange also participated in the event.
During the event, the Corporate Governance Center presented the Code’s fundamental principles, highlighting the application of the “comply or explain” approach. Participants discussed the format and draft of the annual report and the corporate governance annual statement outlined in the Code. They had the opportunity to share their concerns and suggestions, which will be taken into account when finalizing the documents.
