The Corporate Governance Center, in collaboration with the US Department of Commerce’s Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) and the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), held its annual conference on corporate governance matters in Armenia on May 17th.
The key topics of the Conference were business integrity, promoting the principles of diversity and inclusion in corporate relations and their benefits, and the role of the board of directors in driving cultural changes. The main matters were presented from two perspectives: international developments and Armenian realities. During the Conference, the experience of local corporate governance and those of countries at a comparable stage of development were presented, along with the main development trends.
The Conference was rightly international.
