On May 13th, the Corporate Governance Center convened the “Role of Technologies in the Board of Directors” master class conducted by Dimitri Chichlo, Founder and CEO of AndSecure.
During the master class, the speaker highlighted the significance of technologies in the business landscape and the board of directors’ role in managing its associated opportunities and risks.
Drawing from his experience as a board member, he emphasized that digital transformation involves not only implementing technologies but also fostering a cultural shift within the company. It starts with top management recognizing cybersecurity as a business priority.
