The “Ethics and Anti-Corruption Compliance Program: Fostering Integrity and Compliance in Companies” seminar results

On March 22, the Corporate Governance Center invited the “Ethics and Anti-Corruption Compliance Program: Fostering Integrity and Compliance in Companiesseminar.

The seminar aimed to develop the participants’ knowledge about the structures aimed at fostering a culture of integrity and compliance.

During the seminar, the risk-taking approach to the formation of such structures and the application of incentives or accountability measures promoting the loyalty of employees and partners to corporate values, policies and procedures were highlighted.

Ekaterina Lysova, program director at the Center for International Private Enterprise, conducted the seminar.
