On July 9, 2024, the Corporate Governance Center organized the “Board Session Simulation” practical exercise within the framework of the “Women on the Board of Directors” training.
The main goal of the exercise was to give the participants an opportunity to test and consolidate the knowledge they gained during the training.
The exercise was divided into two parts: in the first part, the participants, assuming their assigned role as a member of the board, had to make a decision regarding the agenda issue of the board meeting presented in the case study, and in the second part, they had to analyze their assigned role, the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s corporate governance system presented in the case study.
The participants highly appreciated the practical exercise, noting that it really served its purpose.
