Elaboration of Drafts of Legal Acts Aimed at Improving Labour Legislation

In the framework of the Project developed:

• conceptual approaches on amendments of the RA Labour Code,
• draft of the RA law “On amendments and supplements to RA Labour Code”,
• set of recommendations for improving a number of laws related to labour relations.

The Project was implemented within the framework of the Social protection sector management program financed by the World Bank.
