The “22 Questions and Answers about Board” brochure is intended to introduce the role of the board of directors and its members in the corporate governance system, as well as in ensuring the long-term success of companies in a Q&A format.
The brochure is intended for shareholders, members of boards and executive bodies, corporate secretaries, internal auditors and other people responsible for good governance.
The brochure was developed by Narine Melikyan, Director of the Corporate Governance Center. The brochure was presented to stakeholders on April 23, 2021.
