On October 20, the meeting of the Business Integrity Club participants was held, dedicated to the amendments and additions to the RA Law “On Joint Stock Companies”.
The purpose of the meeting was, on the one hand, to present amendments and additions to the Law, and on the other hand, to promote legal compliance among the Club participants and draw their attention to the opportunities provided by the Law.
