The G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, revised in 2023, are already available in Armenian.
The Principles can be accessed on the OECD website at the following link: https://www.oecd-ilibrary.org/governance/g20-2023_7b5dccce-hy.
The translation was carried out by the Corporate Governance Center. After the two official languages, Armenian stands as the first unofficial language of the Principles.
Principles offer guidance on companies’ sustainability and resilience, and
will help companies manage environmental and social risks, with insights on disclosure, the roles and rights of shareholders as well as stakeholders and the responsibilities of company boards.
