The Corporate Governance Center presents The Framework for Constructive Capital.
The Framework was developed by CIPE and Oxford Analytica Foundation, and translated into Armenian by the Corporate Governance Center.
The Framework for Constructive Capital aims to deter the negative consequences of Corrosive Capital and reinforce the positive conditions for Constructive Capital. The Framework presents an innovative approach for supporting private capital flows and foreign direct investments based on a comprehensive foundation for systemic integrity. The Framework upholds transparency, accountability, and the rule of law as a basis for equitable, inclusive, and sustainable economies.
The Corporate Governance Center plans to hold a presentation of The Framework for Constructive Capital in Yerevan, in which the authors of the Framework will also participate.
