The idea of developing the Glossary of Constructive Capital Terms came to the Corporate Governance Center while translating the Framework for Constructive Capital.
The Glossary aims to raise the public perception level of the concept of constructive capital.
The Glossary does not claim to be an exhaustive list of terms related to constructive capital. It currently contains definitions of 131 terms. The Center will seek to enrich and fill the Glossary with new terms from time to time.
