We present to your attention the fourth issue of the Business Integrity Club newsletter.
The Business Integrity Club developments are again the core of the issue.
This issue of the Newsletter summarizes the activities of the Corporate Governance Center in recent months. We especially recalled the results of the conference held under the title “Corporate Governance: Integrity in Business Community” and the achievements of the “Women on the Board of Directors” project.
The Newsletter also covers international developments. This time the emphasis is on publications that reveal the essence of ethics and anti-corruption compliance.
We are glad to present through the Newsletter ” A Framework for Constructive Capital: Investments, Integrity, Impact” publication in Armenian language authored by CIPE and Oxford Analytica Foundation and the Glossary of Constructive Capital Terms.
