The Club participants dedicated their end-of-year meeting to discussing the Club’s strategy for 2025–2028.
During the meeting, they reviewed the results of the Club’s SWOT analysis and stakeholder mapping, as well as its strategic priorities, main development directions, and key performance indicators.
Each participant had the opportunity to share their perspectives and opinions.
