Within the framework of the Business Integrity Club, it has become a tradition to hold an annual seminar-discussion dedicated to presenting updates to the economic legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
On October 25th, Club participants and other stakeholders had the opportunity to learn about these updates. Misak Babajanyan, Senior Partner at Andersen Legal, presented the changes and amendments to economic legislation, covering annual updates to the RA Civil, Labor, and Tax Codes, the RA Law on Joint Stock Companies, and other related normative legal acts. Participants were also briefly introduced to the new RA Corporate Governance Code.
As always, the meeting participants greatly appreciated both the necessity of topic’s coverage and the speaker presenting it.
