Launch of the Pilot Mentorship Program within the Armenian Women on the Board of Directors Network

The Pilot Mentorship Program was launched on November 1st within the framework of the Armenian Women on the Board of Directors Network.

The Program aims to strengthen connections among Network participants and to foster a culture of peer learning within the Network.

Topics to be addressed in the Mentorship Program include:

🔹Navigating the path to board or executive roles,

🔹Achieving work-life balance,

🔹Effective leadership, discovering and developing one’s own leadership style,

🔹Advancing career progression,

🔹Cultivating strategic thinking,

🔹Managing conflicts,

🔹Delegating authority,

🔹Communicating effectively and conducting negotiations.

During the introductory meeting of the Pilot Program, participants shared their experiences from similar initiatives and offered suggestions. At the end of the meeting, participants expressed their satisfaction with this unique opportunity to develop the potential of the Network and its participants.
