On March 10, 2022, the Corporate Governance Center launched the second phase of the Women on the Board of Directors training, inviting participants to an introductory meeting.
During the meeting, Narine Melikyan, the director of the Center, highlighted the formation of a culture of diversity and inclusion in the boards of Armenian companies. In light of the above mentioned, she presented the goal and objectives of the training, as well as the main topics. She also detailed a number of organizational issues related to the training.
The participants of the second phase of the training had an opportunity to present their work experience, expectations from the training, as well as to communicate with the participants of the first phase of the training to understand their impressions of the training.
The training is conducted within the “Center for Women’s Economic Empowerment: Promoting Women Leaders Globally in Economic Recovery” project implemented with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE, www.cipe.org).
