On March 16, 2022, the Corporate Governance Center organized a masterclass on HOW TO BECOME A RELIABLE BUSINESS PARTNER IN AN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT?
The masterclass was conducted by Marlène Jans, an international expert, Director Corporate Governance & Culture at RSM Netherlands Business Consulting Services B.V.
Marlène drew the attention of the masterclass participants to corruption-related failures, noting that they not only disrupt the world economy, but also encourage international terrorism. In the issue of having a world free of corruption, the speaker emphasized the role of ethical business, as well as the business benefits of integrity, such as public trust and strengthening business reputation, improving financial indicators. Based on her rich experience, she presented to the participants in detail the main steps of cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, that promote the application of high ethical standards in business.
The masterclass ended with a Q&A session, in which Hagen Schweinitz, an international corporate governance expert, made his active contribution.
The participants of the Business Integrity Club, members of the Armenian Women on the Board of Directors initiative, as well as representatives of private and public organizations participated in the masterclass. Partners from abroad were also hosted during the event.
