Sustainable Development on the Board of Directors Agenda

On March 31, 2022 (Thursday) from 16:00 to 17:00 the Corporate Governance Center organizes a seminar via the Zoom platform on Sustainable Development on the Board of Directors Agenda, within the framework of which, among other issues, the following will be considered:

  • What is the concept of sustainable development for business?
  • What should be the board attitude towards sustainable development issues?
  • How are sustainable development issues integrated into governance processes?
  • Where are the biggest risks and opportunities for sustainable development?
  • How does a company communicate with stakeholders about its sustainable development agenda?

The seminar will be conducted by Boris Janjalia, IFC Corporate Governance Officer.

The seminar is free of charge; it is organized by the Corporate Governance Center within the “Center for Women’s Economic Empowerment: Promoting Women Leaders Globally in Economic Recovery, 2021-2022” project of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE, www.cipe.org).
