Armenian Women on the Board of Directors Network Shares Its Experience with Georgian Women

On September 13 and 14, the participants of the Armenian Women on the Board of Directors Network, Narine Melikyan, Elena Khachvankyan and Ashkhen Tanyan, presented to the Georgian women in business and management positions, the key topics of the “Women on the Board of Directors” training, which has been ongoing for three years in Armenia, targeting issues related to contemporary trends in corporate governance, board activity and its role in strategic development, board composition and structure, and gender diversity. The Armenian Women on the Board of Directors Network participants also had the opportunity to share their experience in the Network’s formation and establishment.

The Georgian women who participated in the event stood out for their politeness, honest interest in the topic, ability to engage in dialogue and freely express their opinion.
