On May 12, 2022, the Corporate Governance Center organized a “Board Simulation” practical exercise within the framework of the “Women on the Board of Directors” training.
The main goal of the exercise was to validate and test the participants’ knowledge gained during the training by acting as a board member in a situational case.
The participants highly appreciated that practical training, noting that it really serves its goal, and gives a chance to feel the features of the complex and responsible role of a board member.
The “Board Simulation” practical exercise was conducted by Narine Melikyan, Director of the Corporate Governance Center.
