The advises were developed as a result of the masterclass on “Board Assessments” conducted by Hagen Schweinitz.
The masterclass took place on May 10, 2022, within the framework of the Women on the Board of Directors training. The training is implemented by the Corporate Governance Center with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise (www.cipe.org).
