The Corporate Governance Center invites its Annual Conference on 17 June, 2022, which this year is dedicated to the Center’s 20th anniversary and is held under the headline Corporate Governance: Integrity in Business Community.
The Conference will address the following and a number of other issues such as:
- What is the need for a culture of integrity in the business community, and what is the role of the board of directors in this regard?
- How does the Business Integrity Club support companies in their ethical leadership process?
- How to strengthen the participation of Armenian women in the corporate decision-making process?
- How does good governance affect the long-term development of companies and attraction of constructive investments?
The Conference will take place in Mantashev Ballroom of Elite Plaza business center (15 Khorenatsi str., Yerevan).
The Conference is organized within the “EURASIA: CREATING ENABLING ENVIRONMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTIVE CAPITAL, PHASE II” project implemented with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise (www.cipe.org).
