On May 31, 2022, the Corporate Governance Center awarded certificates and closed the second stage of the “Women on the Board of Directors” training.
In the final meeting, the participants very much appreciated the content of the training and its organization, shared their impressions, made suggestions and observations to improve further trainings.
The Corporate Governance Center Director Narine Melikyan presented to the participants the further developments, which mostly refer to the establishment and strengthening of the Armenian Women on the Board of Directors network.
As a result of the training, 20 participants were awarded a “Certificate of Successful Completion of the Training” and 3 participants were awarded a “Certificate of Participation in the Training».
The Corporate Governance Center provides access to the data of the participants who have successfully completed the training through its website.
The aim of the training is to increase the representation and inclusion of women members on the Boards of Directors of Armenian companies.
The training was conducted within the “Center for Women’s Economic Empowerment: Promoting Women Leaders Globally in Economic Recovery” project implemented with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise.
