On July 12, 2022, the Corporate Governance Center invited the participants of the “Women on the Board of Directors” training and other stakeholders to discuss the “Establishing an Armenian Women on the Board of Directors Network” survey results, as well as to present the international experience of similar networks.
The purpose of the survey was to identify the expediency of establishing the Armenian Women on the Board of Directors network (the Network), its mission and key goals, main directions of its development and funding sources, possible status and possible management approaches.
The participants of the discussion once again expressed their conviction about the expediency of forming the Network and spoke up their observations on the survey results and international experience.
The discussion passed in an atmosphere of open and constructive cooperation.
