Ethics and Anti-Corruption Compliance Program

On June 30, the Corporate Governance Center completed the three-day training on “Ethics and Anti-Corruption Compliance Program”.

During the training, the participants get acquainted with the main components of the Ethics and Anti-corruption Compliance Program, such as procedure for undertaking commitment to integrity, risk assessment and management, structures for development, implementation and management of various policies and procedures, features of implementing the compliance function, sequence for educating, training and communicating with and motivating employees and partners, and approaches to introducing whistleblowing structures and regularly improving the program.

The last day of the training is dedicated to discussing situational cases containing ethical and corruption risks. Through group discussions, the training participants have an opportunity to give and justify their own solutions to problematic situations.

The choice of the topic for the training, its content and presentation were highly appreciated by the participants.

The Corporate Governance Center plans to re-run the three-day training on “Ethics and Anti-Corruption Compliance Program” and recommends its stakeholders to test their knowledge of anti-corruption compliance through an e-training developed by the Center.

The “Ethics and Anti-Corruption Compliance Program” training was conducted with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise within the “Eurasia: Creating Enabling Environments for Constructive Capital, Phase II” project.
